Summary

At True Aluminum, we design and install quality aluminum screen rooms, pool cages, and other beautiful outdoor structures for residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida. We are currently looking for a results-driven and motivated Residential Sales Representative to join our team. A successful candidate will be able to perform the following tasks daily:

• Estimating and submitting proposals for installation projects.
• Site analysis, plot plan interpretation, estimating, and preparation of the proposal.
• Creation of a fully detailed job scope to properly communicate to the customer
• Handle installation issues during the job to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve the company's sales goals and margins on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Remain knowledgeable on company products offered, industry changes, new products, and our competition
• Following the sale, it is vital to continue the relationship with our clients by providing all submittals and change orders for changes in scope and continuing the post-sale relationship
• Prepare estimates in prearranged time schedule specific for each job
• Track change orders for ongoing jobs
• A thorough understanding of labor/material costs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each specification and requirement for specific jobs
• Permitting knowledge
• Most leads will be auto-generated through a wide variety of True Aluminum’s marketing, however, prospecting for new customers through networking, referrals, industry events, and effective follow-up
• Must be able to prioritize and move projects forward in a timely manner
• Monitor job and progress from beginning to end with excellent follow-up.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2+ years of Aluminum Estimating, Marketing, and Sales experience, or experienced Aluminum Technician (with at least 5 years of experience) wanting to make the switch to sales
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
• An active and motivated person, who is customer-focused.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Must be able to navigate construction sites by walking, climbing, stooping, bending, lifting, and balancing.
• Must be able to sit at a desk and at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
